1. Introduction

Welcome to Quarters: 15m Focus Tracker (the "App"). These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and SAB Unlimited Inc.. By accessing the App, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Privacy and Data Sovereignty

Your privacy is the core of our "Work Volume" philosophy.

• Local-Only Storage: All data, including task descriptions, time logs, and category labels, is stored exclusively on your device's local storage.
• No Server Transmission: SAB Unlimited Inc. does not operate external servers to collect, store, or process your productivity data.
• No Promotional Communication: We do not collect email addresses or phone numbers for marketing purposes. We will never send you promotional emails or newsletters.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the App is our proprietary property.

• Methodology: The specific 15-minute "Quarter" tracking logic and visual grid system are the intellectual property of SAB Unlimited Inc..
• Assets: All source code, databases, functionality, software, and graphic designs (collectively, the "Content") and the "Quarters" logo are owned or controlled by us.
• Restrictions: You are granted a limited license to use the App for personal or professional productivity. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code.

4. User Representations

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you input is for your own use.
• You will not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Your use of the App will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will SAB Unlimited Inc. or its directors be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profit or lost productivity, arising from your use of the App. The App is provided on an AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE basis.
